From software version 1.5.0
The file repository in the TeleDoc software of the Doctor’s view provides a good overview of the contents of the ‘export’ action. This action exports:
- All files that are marked with the storage location "Doctor’s Cloud" (regardless of colour).
- and all files that show the colour dark green on the left side
Files that are not saved in the Practice’s Cloud and are still shown in light green can be downloaded and added to the report by clicking on the file. Please wait until the loading process is connected before creating the report.
* please note: on the Nurse view the file storage is also displayed. However, the status of the files in this panel has no relevance to the content of the report and it is for information only!
