How do I keep my software up to date?

    TeleDoc version before 1.5.0:

    1. Start the TeleDoc software.
    2. On the start page, click on the button with an upward pointing arrow at the top right of the screen.
    3. You will be informed whether the software is up to date or whether an update is available.
    4. The update can be started from here.

    TeleDoc version from 1.5.0:

    Our current TeleDoc software automatically keeps itself up to date. For this purpose, it regularly checks for new updates.

    If you suspect that this service is not working for you (e.g. your version does not change after an update announcement), please contact our support on 0241 / 43 00 44 - 44.
