If you are confident to install the software on your own, you can download the setup as well as the configuration file at https://medcast.cloud (your personal login data can be found on your delivery receipt).
Then unpack the configuration file (*.tdconfig) to a location of your choice and start the setup file afterwards. The TeleDoc software starts automatically after completion and asks you for the configuration. Here you simply select the previously saved file and you are finished with the setup.
Please note that your contract allows only a limited number of concurrent installations.
