The cell phone number of the physician is used to automatically inform about consultation requests by healthcare assistants or by patients in the context of a video consultation via SMS.
The physician has the option to deactivate the SMS notification service at any time. The option appears after logging into the TeleDoc software by clicking on the user name in the upper right corner of the screen.
