The first line shows the file name, and the second the time the file was received.
The symbol in the square indicates the file type (image, video, document, etc.).
The color indicates whether the file was successfully transferred and is ready for export, usually dark green as shown here.
If the square is light green, the file must be clicked once to be considered for export.
NOTE: If the square is highlighted in red, a transfer error has occurred. If possible, try to submit the file again.
The tick marks at the bottom right corner of each file indicate whether the transfer to the practice cloud is working. If the files were not exported or do not appear in the report, check whether the ticks are present. There may be a problem with the internet connection or some other error.
