- Please make sure that in the window "Create new TAN" next to the phone number or email address, the checkboxes are set accordingly, so that a notification can be sent.
The following applies for sending SMS:
- SMS cannot be sent to landline numbers.
- currently we only support sending to mobile phone numbers from the following countries: Germany (area code +49), Netherlands (area code +31), Belgium (area code +32), Poland (area code +48) and Switzerland (area code +41). For German numbers it is enough to start the number with 0.
