No video image Window appears after I accept a request.


  • The patient must have agreed to use the camera after being asked to do so by your device.
  • Privacy settings must allow the use of the camera for desktop apps (Windows > Settings > Privacy > Camera > Desktop Apps).
  • Is the camera properly plugged in and turned on?
  • If applicable, has the cover of the webcam been positioned correctly?
  • Is the patient environment too dark?
